Refunds and Store Credit
• Eligibility for Refunds or Store Credit:
We offer refunds or store credit on uncut geogrids if they are returned in perfect, untouched condition. This must be done within 5 weeks of the purchase date.
• Condition of Return:
The geogrids must not be cut, used, or altered in any way. All returned items must be in the original packaging, in new condition, and free from damage.
Change of Mind Returns
• 7-Day Change of Mind:
If you change your mind about your purchase, you can return uncut geogrids within 7 days of delivery. However, you will be responsible for covering all shipping costs associated with the return.
How to Process a Return

• Shipping costs for the original purchase are non-refundable.
